Income Categories Membership & Ijtema Yearly Dues: |
Chanda Aam: This is Jamaat Chanda and is paid by all earning members of the Jamaat at the rate of 1/16 or 6.25% of their income.
For example: A member earning $1000.00 a month (i.e. $12,000.00 per year), should pay Chanda Aam as following:
Calculation Example:
6.25% of $1000.00 = $62.50/month = $750.00/year
Chanda Lajna (membership chanda):
Non-earning members, Students and Nasirat:

Earning Members:
Apply to all earning members at the rate of 1% of their income.
For example: A member earning $1000.00 a month (i.e. $12,000.00 per year), should pay Lajna Chanda as following:
1% of $1000.00 = $10.00/month = $120.00/year
