
Upstate Northeast Region of Lajna Ima'illah USA consists of seven Local Majalis. By the grace of Allah Upstate Northeast Region plays an active role to host many Jama'at and Lajna Local, Regional, and National events.

‘United we stand’ – ‘Love for All – Hatred for None’
Muslim, Jewish and Christian children combine their efforts to bring hope to the community.
Around 150 Children from Congregation Agudat Achim Jewish Community, Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, St. Luke’s, St. Joseph’s and St. Helen’s Roman Catholic churches, came together for an ‘interfaith Service Workshop’ on Monday, November 15th 2010 at Notre Dame – Bishop Gibbons school. Children presented their faith communities and lead in prayer from each faith tradition, shared desert together and made Thanksgiving placemat for Bethesda House, City Mission and Salvation Army.

Upstate North East Region Ijtema!
A regional Ijtema was held in Hartford, CT.A workshop on pledge was held keeping our theme in mind “Truthfully following Allah’s commandments in The Holy Quran for women.”
An interesting workshop about Marriage and domestic Violence was presented. Tehrik-e Jadid presentation and culture VS religion workshop were also part of our program.
Nasirat Quran and Poem Competitions were held. CPR Certification class BY RED CROSS was held. Youth and Lajna members participated and were given certificates. The youth had an outing to Yankee Candle making company.
Another Regional Ijtema and youth program were held in Syracuse, NY. Workshops on “the purpose of our creation” and Attaining closeness to Allah” were conducted. Members took part in a quiz on Tehrik-e-Jadid and general knowledge.The Youth took a trip to the MOST Museum in Syracuse and enjoyed an IMAX documentary.A Nasirat Tarbiyyat Camp was held by Hartford Lajna. The purpose for the Nasirat was to learn Quran, Salat and history of Islam and Ahmadiyyat.
